Project Roadmap

This roadmap focuses on two pillars: AI‑assisted marketing and a visual Automation Builder. Timelines are indicative and may shift as we learn from users.

Phase 1 — Foundations (In Progress)

AI Building Blocks

  • Content helpers: subject line and preview text suggestions
  • Tone and length adjustments (shorten/expand, formal/casual)
  • Send‑time recommendations (per audience segment)
  • AI prompts library with safe defaults and guardrails

Automation Builder (MVP)

  • Visual canvas with nodes/edges (trigger, email, delay, decision)
  • Draft → validate → launch flow with versioning
  • Basic audience filters and goal tracking
  • Execution engine with retries and idempotency

Phase 2 — Optimization (Next)

AI Optimization Loops

  • Multi‑armed bandit for subject/content variants
  • Auto‑segmentation based on behavior and recency‑frequency‑monetary (RFM) signals
  • Automatic holdout groups and uplift measurement
  • Content linting (spam terms, broken links, image/text ratio)

Builder Enhancements

  • Branching by attributes (segment, tag, lifecycle stage)
  • Reusable subflows and templates
  • Real‑time run view (per‑node throughput, failures, dwell time)
  • Rollback and one‑click clone to new version

Phase 3 — Autonomy (Planned)

AI Agents

  • Goal‑based campaigns (e.g., “increase trial activations by 10%”)
  • Continuous learning from cohort outcomes
  • Anomaly detection (deliverability, bounce spikes, blocklists)
  • Smart throttling across providers to protect reputation

Builder at Scale

  • Multi‑workspace libraries with permissions
  • Programmatic flow APIs + import/export (JSON)
  • Canary launches and staged rollouts
  • Cross‑channel hooks (webhooks to SMS/CRM/ads)

Technical Notes

  • Privacy: opt‑in usage analytics; redact PII before model prompts
  • Safety: rate limits, circuit breakers, and guardrails on AI actions
  • Observability: per‑variant metrics with confidence intervals
  • Extensibility: provider‑agnostic interfaces for LLMs and SMTP

How to Influence the Roadmap

We prioritize roadmap items that clearly improve outcomes (opens, clicks, activations) while preserving privacy and reliability.
